Why call Rocky Mountain Portables
Rocky Mountain Portables runs its own units in Boise and the surrounding part of Idaho rather than working as a branch of anyone else. 47 customers have rated them on Google and the average is 4.7, which few operators here beat. They are among the most-reviewed operators serving Boise. Call them direct on (208) 789-0395 for a price on your job.
What Rocky Mountain Portables looks set up for
This is a job-site mix. Rocky Mountain Portables advertises standard cabins and nothing at the event end, and most of the trade looks the same, exactly right for construction, farms and long-running works.
Planning something open to the public? Ask about accessible units when you call. Yards carry more than they list, and it is a quick question to settle on the phone.
A hand-wash station is listed, which is the piece most often missing from a quote where food is being served.
This is read off the company's own website, so it covers what they advertise rather than everything in the yard. If this is your company, adding the rest is free.

How this listing scores
Rocky Mountain Portables scores 73 out of 100 on our Index Score, the score that orders every town page. Companies can't pay us to move it. Here is where the points come from.
| Component | Points | What we found | Next step up |
|---|---|---|---|
| Review volume | 23 of 30 | 47 Google reviews | 60 reviews is the next step up |
| Rating | 24 of 25 | 4.7 out of 5 | 4.9 is the next step up |
| Unit coverage | 11 of 30 | 2 unit types named on their own site | Weighted by rarity, so a trailer or ADA unit moves it most |
| Contactable | 15 of 15 | website, phone, address | Full marks |
Two of those lines move without earning a single new review. Unit coverage is read off Rocky Mountain Portables' own website, so anything they rent and do not mention there is not counted, and the contactable line is simply what we hold. Correcting either takes a minute and costs nothing.

Questions about Rocky Mountain Portables
- How do I claim the Rocky Mountain Portables listing?
- If Rocky Mountain Portables is your company, you can claim it free in about a minute using the form on this page. You get your web address pointed where you want it, an Owner-confirmed tick beside your name on every town page you appear on, and a badge with your live score for your own website. No card and no fee, ever.
- What kinds of porta potty does Rocky Mountain Portables rent?
- Their own website lists hand-wash station and standard portable toilet. That is what they publish, not the whole yard. Call and ask if you need something not on the list.
- Can I get a wheelchair-accessible unit from Rocky Mountain Portables?
- Their website doesn't mention ADA units, which is not the same as not having them. Ask directly if your event is open to the public, because that is where the requirement bites.
- What does a porta potty from Rocky Mountain Portables cost?
- Measured rates run $110 to $170 a month for a standard unit and $135 to $290 a month for an ADA unit, across the operators who publish one. Restroom trailers are priced per station; the industry quotes $800 to $3,500. Rocky Mountain Portables quotes per job instead of publishing a rate card, so call with the unit, the dates and the site address and they can price it on the spot.
- How often does Rocky Mountain Portables service a unit?
- Their site lists weekly servicing. Weekly is the industry standard on a long rental, and servicing frequency matters more than the base rate. A cheaper unit pumped every-other-week is not cheaper by the third week.
- Is Rocky Mountain Portables any good?
- Rocky Mountain Portables holds 4.7 stars across 47 Google reviews. Enough reviews for the average to mean something. We show the count beside the rating everywhere on this site for that reason.
- Does Rocky Mountain Portables serve my town?
- Rocky Mountain Portables is based in Boise, Idaho and we show it on town pages within 25 miles. That radius is our estimate, not their stated service area. A long rental needs servicing every week for the whole term, so ask how far they will travel before you assume.
