Why call Basin and Loo
Basin and Loo runs its own units in San Rafael and the surrounding part of California rather than working as a branch of anyone else. 18 customers have rated them on Google and the average is 5.0, which few operators here beat. They run restroom trailers, which is the piece most events need and not every yard carries. Call them direct on (415) 301-1718 for a price on your job.
What Basin and Loo looks set up for
Basin and Loo advertises both ends of the range: standard cabins for working sites and restroom trailers for events where a standard cabin would not do. A yard carrying both is usually happy to quote either.
Planning something open to the public? Ask about accessible units when you call. Yards carry more than they list, and it is a quick question to settle on the phone.
This is read off the company's own website, so it covers what they advertise rather than everything in the yard. If this is your company, adding the rest is free.
What people said about Basin and Loo

How this listing scores
Basin and Loo scores 81 out of 100 on our Index Score, the score that orders every town page. Companies can't pay us to move it. Here is where the points come from.
| Component | Points | What we found | Next step up |
|---|---|---|---|
| Review volume | 20 of 30 | 18 Google reviews | 30 reviews is the next step up |
| Rating | 25 of 25 | 5.0 out of 5 | Top band |
| Unit coverage | 21 of 30 | 3 unit types named on their own site | Weighted by rarity, so a trailer or ADA unit moves it most |
| Contactable | 15 of 15 | website, phone, address | Full marks |
Two of those lines move without earning a single new review. Unit coverage is read off Basin and Loo's own website, so anything they rent and do not mention there is not counted, and the contactable line is simply what we hold. Correcting either takes a minute and costs nothing.

Questions about Basin and Loo
- How do I claim the Basin and Loo listing?
- If Basin and Loo is your company, you can claim it free in about a minute using the form on this page. You get your web address pointed where you want it, an Owner-confirmed tick beside your name on every town page you appear on, and a badge with your live score for your own website. No card and no fee, ever.
- Does Basin and Loo have anything besides standard units?
- Their own website lists restroom trailer, flushing unit and standard portable toilet. A company often keeps stock it never advertises, so treat this as a floor, not a catalog.
- Does Basin and Loo have ADA accessible porta potties?
- Their website doesn't mention ADA units, which is not the same as not having them. Ask directly if your event is open to the public, because that is where the requirement bites.
- Does Basin and Loo rent restroom trailers?
- Yes, Basin and Loo lists restroom trailers. They need a level pad, a way to tow in, and often a power hookup, so confirm what the site has to provide before you book. Weddings book these a season ahead in most markets.
- How much is a rental from Basin and Loo?
- Measured rates run $110 to $170 a month for a standard unit and $135 to $290 a month for an ADA unit, across the operators who publish one. Restroom trailers are priced per station; the industry quotes $800 to $3,500. Basin and Loo quotes per job instead of publishing a rate card, so call with the unit, the dates and the site address and they can price it on the spot.
- What do customers say about Basin and Loo?
- Basin and Loo holds 5.0 stars across 18 Google reviews. That is a small sample, so read the reviews themselves, not just the average. We show the count beside the rating everywhere on this site for that reason.
- Does Basin and Loo serve my town?
- Basin and Loo is based in San Rafael, California and we show it on town pages within 25 miles. That radius is our estimate, not their stated service area. A long rental needs servicing every week for the whole term, so ask how far they will travel before you assume.
